 When it comes to MLM Marketing or Network Marketing, the old school days of alienating contacts, relatives, and your barber through prospecting did have one thing going for them: It separated the wheat from the chaff and got us all working on polishing up on the sticking points in our game so that we could face a tough world with a stiff, smiling upper lip.Network and MLM marketing was in effect concerned principally with damage control and sipping from a glass half-full.
Times have changed for the better, what with the attraction based approach to the network and MLM marketing industry, but now, like then, the winners relentlessly pursue brilliance and take advantage of every available opportunity- both personal and professional.
Ask me what strategy will take you to the top, no matter who you are in general - I don't hesitate: it's all in the priorities you set and whether you adhere to them.

 Talking about Internet marketing for small business is all the rage. The airwaves are full of advertisements directed toward small business owners as well.
Email marketing works, but be careful. Email marketing is one of the most effective ways to stay in touch with customers and prospects online. It can also be effective as a direct-marketing device. My advice to B2B marketers, in most cases, does not rent email lists, build your own. Do not rent out your list. Never spam, under any circumstances. Let email subscribers know in advance how often you will send messages and what type of content they can expect. Make messages as targeted as possible; relevancy keeps people listening.
Many experts/companies offer ecommerce marketing services, usually through a network of affiliates that promote and are promoted by a variety of e-books, manuals, software, web packages, consulting, seminars and/or conference appearances. Promotion sometimes gets ahead of the facts, but gurus usually come from a selling background and often have the inside track on what is really happening.
Make your site an information resource for its target markets.

 If you've spent some time in MLM, you probably have been told to make a list. I heard one upline guru say to just go through the yellow pages. For every new category, just ask yourself, "who do I know who is a," and then fill in the blank with the category, like plumber, accountant, or funeral pre-arrangement planner.
No doubt you can make a great list with this method.
Unfortunately, most people end up like I did the first time I made a list. I had a great list of people from high school, your neighborhood, and all your extended family that you haven't seen in forever anyway. Maybe a few from further back , like my kindergarten class. The people who, when you call, wonder if you will try to sell them something.
One of the great things about using more sound business principles, you leave behind the list when you generate MLM leads.
